Our policy on all things is that we bear the burden of satisfying you. However if a problem is not brought to our attention there is little we can do to correct it. Please ask to speak with a manager should any issue arise during your visit and feel free to follow up by sending in some feedback. The feedback emails get sent directly to Frank Redendo's email account which he alone has access to. Emails are checked every day at 9AM sharp. Thank for you taking the time out to send feedback in, it shows you truly care, and we will do our best to show you we care too.
